How do we start?
Just send us your project requirements and/or job description so we can understand what you are looking for. Accordingly, we can shortlist candidate profiles for you to review.

When does billing start?
Nothing we do is billable until the point we have found you the right resources and you are ready to initiate the actual work/project.

What if we are not having a good experience with the resource?
We will swap the resource based on your feedback. Our role doesn't end when we have found you a great resource. Our mission is to ensure successful completion of your project.

Why is your Project Support resource unbillable?
Unlike a typical staffing agency that assigns resources and abdicates responsibility, we believe in remaining invested in the eventual success of the project. The Project Support resource represents that investment from our side. This resource is not billable to you. Their goal is to ensure the project gets off to a smooth start, communication on both sides remains clear, resources get all support they may need to perform at their highest potential, issues get spotted and addressed proactively.

Plus Factor is a Connecticut company. All contacts and invoicing is within the US even when the contingent workforce is located overseas.
